Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. Our Carpet Technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential and commercial settings, while providing customer satisfaction. You will use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery. We value hard work, and great customer service.

Responsibilities

· Perform Quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace

· Reliably report to work on time, reporting all absences prior to the start of the working day

· Politely and graciously greet client (if home) and explain day's procedure

· Listen to customers concerns and offering professional recommendations to satisfy those concerns.

· Use IICRC standard cleaning procedures

· Conduct custodial duties related to carpet care, including vacuuming, shampooing, and spot cleaning

Skills

· Ability to work Saturdays and overtime

· Related experience and/or training working with the public and customer service

· Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record (preferred)

· Carpet cleaning experience (preferred)

· Ability to lift and carry 65lbs with proper technique

· Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos

· Write short, detailed correspondence

· Effectively and graciously present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings

· Team player

· Perform duties safely, effectively and with great care for customer belongings and home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
