## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee and coordinate crew activities effectively.
## Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of restoration technicians in various projects
- Coordinate crew tasks, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Oversee the quality of work performed by the crew to meet industry standards
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all projects
## Requirements
- Prior experience in the restoration industry, including water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in restoration projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
