Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in residential settings. The ideal candidate will be professional and reliable, possessing a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. A large portion of our contracts require some variety of insulation and dry wall replacement. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on construction sites, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Collaborate with other team member to ensure seamless project execution.
- Renovate and maintain existing structures through painting and drywall repair.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Experience
- Time management skills.
- Experience in owner occupied residential properties.
- Familiarity with water damage restoration.
- Experience with drywall installation and repair is a must.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
