RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct administrative assistance to key leaders, ensuring efficient daily operations and addressing any issues requiring attention.
- Schedule and manage calendars for executives and team members, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and processing expense reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment, including café areas, is fully stocked.
- Greet visitors, reserve conference rooms, and handle meeting setup and breakdown.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, including venue booking, catering coordination, and logistics.
- Order and oversee company-branded swag inventory, collaborating with HR on anticipated needs.
- Work closely with team members and other administrative staff to enhance team operations and foster a positive company culture.
- Provide additional support to leadership and various departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree plus 2–4 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and other relevant applications.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Experience assisting with event planning and coordination is a plus.
