We are looking for an individual with prior experience in pharmacy benefits or health insurance who demonstrates adaptability and creative problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities :

As a member of our Patient Advocacy and Assistance Team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help individuals access the medication they need. Some of the day-to-day job functions include :

• Answering incoming calls to provide assistance and support to members or third parties regarding medication and insurance plan inquiries.
• Making outbound calls to members, prescribers, and pharmacies to address and resolve medication-related issues.
• Utilizing Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration with team members.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organizing claim information.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Assisting members in navigating and maximizing cost savings programs.
