Join our Discord Product Creative Team as a Creative Producer, supporting our expanding Collectibles Content Creation. In this role, you'll oversee both internal and external projects, collaborating closely with a dynamic team of Illustrators, Graphic Designers, 3D Artists, and Animators, as well as vendors.
As we expand our collectibles offering, we’re partnering not only with game publishers but also with music and entertainment industry leaders to bring diverse, engaging content to our platform. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for external partners, tracking progress across our team, and onboarding new partners. You’ll also be refining processes to scale operations efficiently.
This role ensures seamless asset delivery, anticipates team needs, and builds workflows to scale the Collectibles team efficiently as it grows. Working hand-in-hand with our creative minds, you'll contribute to the development of immersive content that sets Discord apart. What You'll Be Doing
- You will be part of the Product Creative team responsible for all creative content within the Discord product. The team is made up of Illustrators, Graphic Designers, 3D Artists, & Motion Designers.
- Manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced production environment.
- Oversee the entire production process, from contracts to payments, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from start to finish.
- Build timelines and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget from concept to completion.
- Propose and implement streamlined workflows to enhance the creative production process and foster better collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product managers, product designers, engineers, legal, policy, and the creative team to scope projects, define processes and milestones, and ensure we are shipping content according to required release dates.
- Work autonomously on most tasks while providing valuable feedback on the work of others.
- Creatively solve problems to remove any blockers and produce successful assets.
- Manage production and assign projects based on creative needs, artist skill sets, experience levels, bandwidth, and resources.
- Stay connected to business strategy to understand business goals in order to prioritize incoming project requests.
- Meet project deadlines and demonstrate adaptability in response to changing priorities.
What you should have
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $132,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
