As a Staff Technical Program Manager for AI Programs , you will play a pivotal role in driving AI adoption and innovation across Discord. Working cross-functionally with teams across the company, you'll identify opportunities for AI to enhance efficiency and scalability while advocating for its use in both technical and non-technical projects. Your expertise in AI tools and program management will empower Discord to unlock the full potential of these transformative technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify Opportunities for AI Adoption : Analyze workflows across EPAD and other teams to uncover opportunities where AI solutions can increase efficiency, scalability, or innovation.
- Advocate for AI Usage : Be a strong advocate for AI usage, developing compelling narratives, training material, and owning initiatives that encourage adoption across technical and non-technical projects.
- Partner and Innovate : Collaborate closely with engineering teams and use your expertise to develop and deliver impactful internal AI solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Drive Programs : Design, develop, and lead organization-wide AI programs, ensuring they are impactful, well-structured, and scalable.
- Vendor Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for AI vendors including : evaluating offers, managing negotiations, and handling vendor relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000 to $225,000 equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
