Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Systems Specialist (Tech Support) to join our team. This role involves supporting our IT department in maintaining and optimizing our computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
Responsibilities:
- · Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software systems.
- · Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- · Willing to travel to remote locations to install new equipment and/or diagnose technical issues. (In these instances, a company vehicle will be provided)
- · Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- · Participate in system upgrades and improvements.
- · Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- · Collaborate with team members on various IT projects.
- · Mandatory on-call rotation.
- · Mandatory Saturday rotation.
Qualifications:
- · Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software.
- · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
