Overview:
Discount Lots is a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking an experienced and motivated Disposition Manager to join our Boca Raton team. While many of our 50-person team are remote, this role is on-site in our Boca Raton office. The full-time role involves managing 6 disposition agents helping them with property dispositions, and ensuring efficient and profitable sales. You’ll collaborate with marketing, acquisitions, and operations teams to drive the sales process, build relationships with buyers and investors, and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of land sales transactions, ensuring a smooth process from initiation to closing.
- Design and implement pricing strategies based on market trends, land valuations, and competitive analysis.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on land market trends, identifying key opportunities and potential risks to adjust sales tactics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisition, marketing, and operations teams to maximize property disposition efficiency.
- Manage contract negotiations and resolve any transactional issues promptly.
- Conduct property evaluations and assist in property assessments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Results-oriented, with a keen focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing profits
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Compensation:
There will be a six-figure base plus the opportunity to earn considerably more with bonuses. OTE $250k
