Talent Acquisition Reporting & Data Maintenance

Provides information-based, actionable solutions to enable enhanced business insights and support the Company’s strategic goals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Reporting & Data Maintenance
- Weekly & Monthly Reporting:
- Generate and distribute key reports from iCIMS, including weekly Gauges reports by Region to track recruitment metrics and performance.
- Provide weekly fill rate reports at Store, Regional, and Overall levels.
- Maintain and circulate weekly Appcast Spend Reports by Region.
- Conduct monthly Appcast invoice validation for budget accuracy.
- Build and maintain candidate engagement reports (e.g., productivity, time to contact, time to schedule).
- Develop and maintain dashboards for critical recruitment metrics and operational insights.
- Conduct referral reporting and validation on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform cross-platform data integrity analyses, resolving inconsistencies.
- Provide event tracking and CRM reporting where applicable.
- Perform UTI verifications and ensure report accuracy across systems.
- Advanced Reporting & Tableau Integration:
- Transition manual reports into advanced dashboards and automated insights using Tableau or other analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards integrating metrics such as Source of Hire, Source of Retention, Internal vs. External Hires, and Manager Effectiveness insights.
- Build metro-area market insights reports leveraging Indeed Analytics and other labor market data sources.
- Create Talent Pipeline Health reports by Source and Market, integrating CRM data for comprehensive tracking.
- Incorporate external data sources (e.g., RecruitMilitary) into Tableau dashboards for full recruitment channel visibility.
- Support development of the Corporate Dashboard, tracking talent acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs.
- Recruitment Analytics & Strategy:
- Measure recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and recommend data-driven strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze sourcing channel effectiveness and provide insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Forecast talent demand, identify skill gaps, and recommend proactive hiring strategies.
- Track diversity metrics and promote inclusive hiring practices through insights-based recommendations.
- Provide job description optimization strategies backed by data insights to enhance candidate attraction.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze labor market trends and competitor benchmarks to inform talent acquisition strategies.
- Benchmark organizational hiring metrics against industry standards for competitive recruitment positioning.
- Use external market data to identify hiring trends and influence decision-making.
- Sentiment Analysis & Engagement Insights:
- Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to open-text employee feedback for sentiment analysis.
- Partner with the VOE team to develop engagement strategies based on employee feedback.
- Track the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and suggest continuous improvements.
- Build communication, presentations, and report outs as needed to support VOE initiatives.
- Program Support & Dashboard Development:
- Support data collection and reporting needs for the VOE program and collaborate with store operations.
- Build dashboards for workforce insights, enabling leadership to access real-time analytics.
- Ensure data integrity across reporting tools while adhering to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Analyze and report on People Care program success, recommending enhancements for greater impact.
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience working with HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Proficient in Excel and data manipulation; familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics tools preferred.
- Experience in report development, dashboard creation, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
