RTA Fleet, a leading FMIS Fleet Management Software (SaaS) Solution provider, has partnered with AstroHire Recruitment. You'll work directly with AstroHire to pursue this full-time career opportunity.

This is a full-time hybrid role (WFH available on Tues / Thurs) unless you aren't in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan AZ area. If you are outside the Phoenix Metro area, then it would be a fully remote role with a 15-20% travel expectation for conferences and tradeshows.

The Marketing team at RTA is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. This person will play a critical role in driving the success of RTA's solutions by deeply understanding our market, crafting compelling messaging, leading go-to-market strategies, and enabling our teams to sell. The right team member will embrace curiosity, storytelling, and execution to elevate RTA's position as a leader in the fleet management space. They'll thrive in a collaborative environment, own their role with confidence, and work tirelessly to ensure that our customers, government, transit, education, waste management, and food & beverage fleet managers, parts clerks, and automotive technicians get the tools and expertise they need to succeed.   • Requirements

  • Lift in marketing campaign performance tied to improved messaging.
  • Adoption of positioning frameworks, sales decks, and GTM collateral by sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Reduction in sales cycle length and sales win rates.
  • Pipeline growth through partner campaigns and enablement.
  • Feature adoption, usage, upsell revenue goals.
  • Detailed Duties List :

    Research and Intelligence

  • Customer Insights : Conduct qualitative research to deeply understand buyers / users and drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Competitive Insights : Deliver continuous competitive intelligence to support product vision, positioning, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate across teams to refine our product positioning and messaging to be clear and compelling in our competitive market.
  • Analyze product-market fit for our ideal customer profiles to ensure we are focused in the right markets, sharpen go-to-market strategies, and align teams.
  • Audit and update website content to ensure consistent, differentiated product messaging and ensure we are marketing our best features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Communicate the value of our partnerships / integrations to prospects and customers.
  • Develop and publish product demo videos, workflow videos, and imagery to showcase RTA Fleet360 throughout our marketing efforts.
  • Product and Feature Launches

  • Align and excite the organization for launches while defining success metrics with the Product team.
  • Project manage the launch process, marketing strategy, and tactics with clear deliverables, launch tiers, and expectations for each.
  • Enable upsell / cross-sell campaigns to increase revenue from existing customers.
  • Enablement

  • Co-own channel partnerships activation strategies in 2024 to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Address sales feedback and provide content / tools to fill gaps in the sales cycle.
  • Develop enablement content (storytelling assets, buyer enablement) aligned to the sales process.
  • Manage and track asset usage, message delivery, and market response to ensure effectiveness.
