Salary Pay Range: $20-$23/hourly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members; adhere to safety programs, procedures, and policies
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs
- Utilize RF equipment to scan validate product for accuracy
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and productivity
- Manage compliance to the processes outlined in the standard operating procedures at the site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods

Educational Requirements
