Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Additional college-level accounting classes are beneficial.
Work Days:
Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work Hours:
Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime (more than forty hours per week) may be necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs various inventory movements systematically to support the stores, and resolves basic issues related to the movement
- Performs inventory transfers, adjustments and discrepancies; while maintaining accuracy of the inventory movement
- Monitors and researches impacts to moving average price in order to resolve basic inventory discrepancies
- Researches issues with blocked invoices in collaboration with Accounts Payable
- Coordinates with IT department for basic system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, receiving, and shipping
- Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to inventory accounting procedures and services
- Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of one year experience, including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable or a Retail Inventory environment or equivalent is required.
- Previous inventory experience in a retail environment is beneficial.
- Understanding of basic distribution and warehouse operations with ability to understand and follow the flow of inventory transactions is beneficial.
- Experience with SAP (BW, ECCS, GL, MM) is desired.
- This position requires good verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, is required.
- Ability to design and build spreadsheets is beneficial.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and present a professional demeanor is essential.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, meet various deadlines simultaneously is required.
- Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential.
- Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.
- In addition, organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
