We are seeking a skilled Tire Service Specialist to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in tire repair, installation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and install tires on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
• Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Provide a world-class customer experience by listening to customers' needs, answering their questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Follow established safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with maintenance tasks such as rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning.
• Install new tires and wheels while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Must have an upbeat and positive attitude towards work.
• Must be dedicated, reliable, and punctual in meeting job responsibilities.
• Must be coachable and trainable, willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely and efficiently.
• Must enjoy working in a team environment and contribute positively to the team's success.
• Must be able to function well in a physically demanding environment with regular standing, walking, and lifting.
