The Tire Technician is a crucial role in our organization and the first step in your journey with Discount Tire. Our Tire Technicians repair, install, and maintain tires on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles.
Duties:
- Tire Installation: Install new tires and wheels
- Tire Maintenance: Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
- Safety: Follow safety guidelines and best practices
- Customer Service: Provide a world-class customer service experience
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Teamwork: Must enjoy and excel in a team environment
- Coachability: Must be coachable and trainable
- Reliability: Must be dedicated and reliable
