We are looking for a Wheels and Tires Expert to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our tire maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of our customers' vehicles.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Repairing, installing, and maintaining tires on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
- Participating in hands-on, on-the-job training to develop your skills and knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers
- Following all safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment
You will also be responsible for assisting with various tasks such as rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to install new tires and wheels, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure a high level of quality and precision.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a positive attitude, be dedicated and reliable, and have a strong ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. You should also enjoy working in a team environment and be able to function well in a physically demanding setting.
