About The Opportunity

We seek an experienced sales leader to manage and grow our North America business. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships, win new business, drive account growth, and achieve revenue targets.

The Head of Sales - North America will drive the overall sales strategy to meet the company's revenue targets, oversee the sales team, set performance goals, and develop initiatives to increase sales and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Conduct weekly 1-1s with team members to ensure budgets and sales performance are on track.
  • Conduct quarterly development meetings to ensure personnel development and feedback are communicated.

Customer Experience

  • Establish productive relationships with key team members within our partners' businesses.
  • Oversee and own each level of the partnership, ensuring high service standards and business retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients and grow business partnerships.
  • Identify and negotiate solutions for roadblocks preventing business growth.
  • Write and update service level agreements for partners.
  • Serve as the escalation point for service delivery issues.
  • Run client meetings with a clear agenda and vision.
  • Create a timeline for partnership growth.
  • Renegotiate agreements and onboard new partners.
  • Business Development

  • Monitor account performance by reviewing key metrics and reporting to partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Lead the contracting process with relevant internal teams.
  • Ensure all records and opportunities are tracked as required.
  • Self-Development

  • Participate in trainings or upskilling recommended by leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training and self-learning.
  • Stay informed on travel trends and updates on clients and competitors.
  • Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales, business development, or account management in the travel industry.
  • In-depth Asia experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in growing accounts and customer retention.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding sales skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

    For this position, we anticipate offering a base salary of $90,000 plus commission / incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors.
