Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Telecommuting and / or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.Requirements : Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Owner; Systems Engineer; or Business Intelligence Analyst-related occupation.Position required skills :  Position requires experience in the following : Developing user stories from prioritized features and identifying acceptance criteria using tools like Miro and Lucidchart; Performing User-Acceptance Testing and Performance Testing using tools such as Selenium and JMeter; Utilizing Agile project management tools such as Jira to track tasks and sprint progress; Project Management using JIRA, Loop Component, and Service Now; Developing complex spreadsheets in Excel to analyze large datasets and create detailed reports for senior management; Data Visualization using Tableau; Documenting business processes using IBM BlueWorks Live and Meta Datahub; Collaborating with cross-functional teams on GitHub to deliver features and enhancements in alignment with strategic goals and KPIs; Utilizing Agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements.Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay : The base pay for this position generally ranges between $138,715.00 to $182,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
