Law students (rising 2L) will have opportunities to participate in a variety of projects in the areas of litigation, banking, public company, contracts, consumer credit, and regulatory relations in order to get a sense of the industry and gain practical experience. Law students will also perform a variety of administrative and legal research duties to assist attorneys in the company.
The Dynamic Program Will Offer Participants

Compensation

- Exposure to a wide range of consumer lending and banking legal issues inherent in a diversified financial services company
- Cross-functional knowledge, experience, and contacts across the Legal Organization

- Access and exposure to senior leadership
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Primarily remain in a stationary position.
- No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job.
- Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as but not limited to computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
- Ability to communicate verbally. Ability to communicate in written form.
