Job Description

Client Services is responsible for delivering exceptional support to all direct connect processors within the network.  As the first point of contact, we handle a range of operational needs, including transaction research, billing inquires, reporting, reconciliation, semi-annual releases, operating rule and ISO specification clarifications, compliance items, and new project support.  Through our keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, we build and maintain trusted client relationships while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What You'll Do

This role is responsible for supporting the Client Services team in providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. This position involves responding to client requests, offering solutions, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Associate Client Support Specialist actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

  • Manage customer service request intake portal.
  • Analyze end-to-end transaction processing, troubleshooting issues to resolve service requests.
  • Review project plans and coordinates project activity.
  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet with management to discuss details of issues.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Continuous Improvement, Finance, or related field

Compensation

The base pay for this role is $65,000.00 annually. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
