We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Science Analyst to join our team at Discover Financial Services. As a key member of our analytics group, you will work closely with management to execute analytical initiatives and drive business growth.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Execute analytical initiatives and drive business growth.
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, optimization, and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, formulate analysis, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Effectively present findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, using visual displays of quantitative information.
- Establish and maintain performance tracking metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and propose strategies for enhancement.
- Develop and automate reports, build dashboards to provide insights at scale, and facilitate implementation of work products.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- 4 years experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or related fields.
