Job Description:
What You’ll Do
R esponsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network.
Responsible for managing web environment design, user experience, deployment, development and maintenance activities. Performs quality assurance testing of web sites and web applications.
Translates business requirements into system specifications and provides them to technology teams. Provide oversight for research efforts; ensure quality of technical solution and deliverables. Enhances, optimizes, and automates existing processes, procedures and policies.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Partners with compliance, risk, and policy stakeholders to refine user and business requirements. Processes requirements into web channel strategy, features, and information architecture.
Leads the web site/digital platforms governance process and tracks the health of site/platforms. Utilizes analytics and other data to optimize the site/3rd party portals.
Advises on the user experience and ensures consistent representation of brand across digital platforms.
Identifies and resolves risks and vulnerabilities detected in the web environment.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics or related field
4 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web design, web development, UX, or related
In lieu of a degree, 6 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications Integrated Marketing, Web design, web development, UX, or related
