We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Automation Workflow Developer. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation tools and a strong understanding of software development principles. Responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, testing and implementing automation workflows using industry standard tools.
- Utilizing best practices to optimize processes using automation.
- Reducing incident handling time, change implementation time and service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Researches and gathers requirements for automation.
- Designs, builds, tests and implements automation workflows.
- Researches and gathers requirements for monitoring.
- Designs, builds, tests and implements monitoring.
- Researches, identifies and documents best practices for use by the team.
- Provides mentoring/oversight to lower level employees on the team.
Qualifications You'll Need
- Bachelors in Information Technology or related field.
- 4 years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
- In lieu of education, 6 years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
Physical and Cognitive Requirements
- Primarily remain in a stationary position.
- No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job.
- Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, printer and calculator.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
Bonus Points If You Have
- ITIL foundations or related certification.
- Experience with Python programming language.
- Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.).
- Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- JIRA experience.
