Job Description : What You’ll Do
Responsible for the design and maintenance of product (LOB) strategies within business rule engine to ensure accurate execution of credit policies. Develop solutions, ensure operational readiness, and implement strategies in the decision engine using various data sources and operational processing systems. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It
- Designs and maintains implementation architecture strategies.
- Collaborates with policy teams to review and clarify requirements. Identifies relationships between existing strategies in the rules engine and identifies implementation solutions.
- Participates in the complete project development lifecycle.
- Designs, codes, and unit tests business rules.
- Interprets and implements business requirements.
- Partners with management to develop project plans and timelines for each stage of the project lifecycle.
- Identifies, problem solves, and tracks defects. Partners with business partners to resolve defects identified during testing. Ensures all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with business partners to complete projects.
- Works with IT partners to ensure data availability, identify new and ongoing support to ensure availability of test regions.
- Ensures design and testing are complete and address all requirements.
- Ensures the Agile tools are used to update and track the progress of the task.

Compensation : The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
