We are currently hiring for the below schedule:
4:00 PM - 12:00 AM MDT (UT)
Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays. Working a flex schedule between 30-39 hours per week.
What You'll Do
Under moderate supervision, receives and processes warehouse inventory items needed to support printing, inserting and mailing statements, letters, checks, and cards; prepares shipments for vendor pick-up.
Prepares inventory for delivery to production departments and/or specific operational equipment.
Mantains inventory and conducts regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and no adverse impact to production and Service Level Achievement.
Follows quality service standards, safety expectations and complies with all Company policies and procedures.
Operates motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment as needed to perform job responsibilities; forklift certification required (on-site training and certification provided).
Must be proficient with two or more key production areas and rotate assignments as needed.
Provides training support for new employees.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
Receives, verifies, and unloads deliveries; moves material from delivery vehicles to staging areas, identifies and prepares shipment for storage in warehouse stock rooms. Documents transaction in warehouse inventory system.
Receives written or oral instructions for work orders. Pulls inventory from warehouse stock rooms, documents transactions in warehouse inventory system, and delivers product to production departments and/or specific operational equipment.
Prepares shipments for vendor pick-up, including capturing required documentation, loading material on pick-up vehicle and adhering seal tag as applicable.
Processes outgoing and incoming overnight mail, including confirming delivery of mail and distributing to the applicable departments. Contacts vendors as needed (mail deliveries, postal supplies, etc.).
Conducts regular physical inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
May provide training support for new employees (after proficient), may provide answers to workflow questions (after proficient).
