One of our clients is seeking a Molecular Associate Scientist with AAV biology expertise.
The Associate Scientist will be reporting to the Molecular Team Leader, the role involves assay development, quality control, and process development.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, qualifying, and troubleshooting molecular assays for AAV genome integrity, empty / full ratio measurement, and nucleic acid impurity detection.
The candidate will use techniques like qPCR, ddPCR, NGS, and CE methods while collaborating with various teams.
Additional duties include assay transfer, regulatory compliance, documentation, and presenting findings.
The role also involves managing contract research collaborations and internal sample analysis. Routine lab maintenance and other responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
