Quality Control Analyst – Radiopharmaceuticals
Location: Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | On-Site

We’re a growing radiopharmaceutical company developing next-generation therapies, and we're looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed QC Analyst to help build the foundation of quality from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Perform GMP testing on final products, in-process materials, raw materials, and stability samples
- Work with advanced instrumentation including HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography, and radionuclide assays
- Support method transfer, validation, and equipment qualification
- Conduct environmental monitoring and contribute to lab investigations and CAPAs
- Draft and review documentation: test records, CofAs, stability summaries, and technical reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, manufacturing, and regulatory teams

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated QC lab (pharma, biotech, or radiopharma a plus)
- Proficient with analytical instrumentation: HPLC, GC, IC, etc.
- Strong grasp of cGMP, data integrity, and proper documentation practices
- Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocol preferred
- Organized, curious, and thrives in a team-driven environment
