What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director Biostatistics position at Discover International?
We are seeking a highly experienced biostatistics leader to join an industry leading biopharma. This position primarily exists within late development and will involve strategic portfolio leadership as well as oversight of 2-3 direct reports.
This role will report into the VP Biostatistics and will be hybrid in NY/NJ.
Job Requirements / Role Responsibilities:
- Must possess a PhD in Statistics, Applied Statistics, or Biostatistics
- Oncology experience is required
- Hands-on experience with innovative trial design
- Late development (Phase II-III) experience is ideal, but early development specialty will also be considered
- Primary consideration given to candidates with submission leadership experience
- 10 years of experience from a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company required
