We are seeking a Senior Director, Biostatistics where you will be in charge of the biostatistics strategy, lead company’s pivotal assets, and visibility working with executive and c-suite leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the statistical direction of our oncology programs and contribute to life-changing therapies for patients.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide statistical leadership and strategic input across company’s clinical development programs, from early-stage trials to regulatory submissions.
Design and oversee statistical aspects of clinical studies, including protocol development, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), and study endpoints.
Ensure data integrity, validity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Development Operations, Statistical Programming, Data Management, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams.
Mentor and help grow team of biostatisticians, fostering a high-performing and innovative culture.
Oversee statistical programming activities, working closely with internal and external partners (CROs, vendors).
Represent company in regulatory meetings and submissions, supporting interactions with the FDA and other global health authorities.
Drive innovation by applying cutting-edge statistical methodologies and technologies in clinical trial design and analysis.

Qualifications :

Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.

10 years of biostatistics experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology company (CRO’s don’t meet the requirement), with a strong background in oncology drug development .

Expertise in clinical trial design, adaptive trial methodologies, and regulatory submissions.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory agencies.
