Key Responsibilities :
Support both clients and candidates holistically.
Identify new business opportunities with Life Science clients across the nation (Business Development).
Source and identify highly qualified candidates for specialized roles.
Qualify candidates effectively to ensure they align well with client needs.
Manage the entire interview process between clients and candidates.
Maintain relationships with candidates post-placement.
Desired Skills :
A drive for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating).
Exceptional communication, networking, and phone skills.

Strong background in 360 recruitment with proven billing records.
