Senior Research Associate – In Vivo Pharmacology (CONTRACT)

We’re seeking a Senior Research Associate to lead in vivo studies that drive the development of novel therapies targeting muscle, bone, and blood disorders.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, execute, and manage in vivo pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and efficacy studies.
- Handle small animal procedures: dosing (IP, IV, SC, PO), blood/tissue collection, and necropsy.
- Process samples for qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry.
- Manage transgenic rodent colonies and genotyping.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets, troubleshoot, and optimize protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings internally and externally.
- Mentor and guide junior associates.
What You Bring:
- 4 years in in vivo research.
- Proven expertise with rodent disease models, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic studies, and molecular biology techniques (qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry).
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience and IACUC protocol authorship are a plus.
