Position Highlights :
- As the Chief of General Ob / Gyn, you will guide and oversee the operations of a dynamic team of 21 generalist ob / gyn physicians and 12 ambulatory advanced practice clinicians. Collaborating closely with the Chair of Obstetrics-Gynecology, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s mission and delivering exceptional care to a diverse and underserved patient population.
- The division includes sub-specialists in Complex Family Planning and Pediatric / Adolescent gynecology.
- Join a multidisciplinary environment that thrives on teamwork, partnering with a robust midwifery division, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and a newly formed OB hospitalist division to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Drive strategic innovation for the general ob / gyn division in alignment with institutional goals, while developing your leadership skills and professional interests.
- Lead, mentor, and support faculty development while promoting continuous improvement in quality, safety, and patient experience.
