What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Develop content for various channels including website, blog, email, social media, video, and events to engage target audiences
  • Write and edit articles, marketing emails, social posts, scripts, and presentations in alignment with brand and style guidelines
  • Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery and compliance of content assets
  • Establish relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and conduct research to inform content strategy
  • Support earned and paid media campaigns to achieve business objectives

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Analytics
  • 2 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or Customer Service
  • 4 years of experience in the same fields may be considered in lieu of education
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in creating and adhering to processes and workflows in a regulated environment

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • A portfolio of published writing and content samples
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and public relations
  • Experience or interest in payment services and financial services
  • Interest in developing expertise in new topics and a curiosity to learn
  • Organizational awareness and ability to collaborate effectively
