Job Description : What You’ll Do
Gathers requirements, builds, tests, and deploys automation workflows using industry standard tools with minimal oversight. Utilizes best practices to optimize processes using automation. Reduces incident handling time, change implementation time, and service delivery. Creates monitoring solutions using industry standard tools. Serves as a consultative partners in exploring new use cases.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Researches and gathers requirements for automation.
Designs, builds, tests and implements automation workflows.
Researches and gathers requirements for monitoring.
Designs, builds, tests and implements monitoring.
Researches, identifies, and documents best practices for use by the team.
Provides mentoring / oversight to lower level employees on the team.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelors in Information Technology or related
4 years Information Technology or related.
In Lieu of Education 6 years information Technology or related.

Compensation :
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
