Position: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager (OM) ensures the smooth day-to-day running of our ABA centers. This role covers scheduling, staffing, employee engagement, social media, facility management, and resource allocation. The OM collaborates with the Center Director and clinical team to ensure top-quality service while meeting compliance standards and fostering a positive work environment.
Settings:
This is an onsite role in our Southern Pines location: 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday.
Salary:
$50,000-$65,000 Depending On Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead daily operations, implement policies, and enhance productivity.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering teamwork and growth.
- Client Intake & Enrollment: Oversee intake, assessments, and scheduling, ensuring clear communication with families.
- Facility Management: Ensure the center is safe and well-maintained.
- Financial Management: Manage the budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance and monitor program effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for clients, families, staff, and external parties.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (or Master's) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 2 years of operations management experience (preferably in healthcare or behavioral health).
- Knowledge of ABA principles preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
