YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Discover the joy of a set schedule! At Discovery ABA, we understand the importance of work-life balance. As a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you'll enjoy a structured work schedule. You'll begin by coordinating and providing program services under the guidance of the Regional Clinic Director. Your tasks will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of direct services. You will build strong relationships with guardians, setting the stage for future learning and independence. Collaborating seamlessly with our interdisciplinary team, you'll ensure continuity of care, providing staff training, mentorship, and RBT supervision.
Here's what you need to become our Board Certified Behavior Analyst :
- A BCBA license
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention programs
- Analytical skills in collecting and graphing behavioral data
- Dedication to maintaining compliance with all agency policies and procedures
