Compensation:
$60,000-70,000 Depending on experience and bonus structure.

BCaBA/QASP Role at Discovery:
We seeking passionate BCBAs to join our rapidly growing North Carolina team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
- Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- QASP or BCaBA certification required
- LBA licensure
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
