WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
As our full- or part-time BCBA - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you'll craft and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, providing direct behavioral therapy to promote their growth and development. You'll also supervise other staff during their sessions to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Additionally, you'll maintain open communication with families and state directors, scheduling regular meetings to discuss progress, adjustments to treatment plans, and any other important updates.
What we need from you:
- Current BCBA certification
- Active LBA certification in Virginia or a willingness to obtain one
