Settings:

• This is a full-time in clinic role.

Compensation:

$90,000-$105,000 Depending on experience.

Center Director Role at Discovery:

We are seeking a Center Director with strong leadership skills to join and lead our rapidly growing Winston Salem clinic and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the Winston Salem location.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures with the guidance of our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification is required
• LBA licensure is required
• 4 years of experience in a clinical supervisor role
• Leadership experience a plus
• Administrative experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
