Compensation & Benefits :
Sign-on Bonus : $300 for all RBT-certified applicants with 3pm-7pm availability !

Your Role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Discovery ABA :
As an RBT , you will implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA , providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism in-home, or in a school / daycare setting in North Carolina . You'll help clients develop essential social, emotional, and life skills, while collaborating closely with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent treatment implementation..
