Compensation & Benefits
- $300 Sign-on Bonus for RBT-certified applicants with 3pm-7pm availability!
- Competitive Pay: $19-$27/hour, based on experience.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and daycare settings throughout North Carolina. Guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help clients build essential life, social, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans.
- Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
- Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Previous experience in the ABA field is required.
- Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience
- RBT certification (or in progress) is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable Transportation, must be willing to travel to Wendell, NC.
