👩⚕️ What You'll Be Doing in North Carolina (Besides Changing Lives)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and build personalized treatment plans
- Provide fun, play-based ABA therapy in our clinic in Winston Salem
- Mentor and train RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure amazing outcomes
- Collect and analyze data (yes, the nerdy stuff matters too 😉)
- Join team meetings and enjoy ongoing professional development
📝 What You'll Need:
✔️ BCBA Certification
✔️ North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification
✔️ Experience working with kiddos with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
