Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience, plus bonus structure

BCBA Role at Discovery ABA:
We are seeking passionate BCBAs to join our growing clinic in West Jordan and make a real difference in the lives of children with autism in Utah. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism in both home and community settings
- Supervising and training RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to provide a well-rounded approach to care
- Collecting and analyzing data to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay at the top of your field
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification required
- LBA certification in Utah
- Previous experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician experience required
- Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
