Position : Part-Time Fully Remote BCBA

Schedule : 3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM EST

Location : Fully Remote

Hourly Rate : $60-$75 / hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct ABA therapy via telehealth to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and support RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure the accurate implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings and stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

    • Qualifications :

  • BCBA Certification required
  • LBA certification in New Jersey required
  • Previous experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage a flexible, part-time schedule (3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM EST).
