Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Discovery ABA. The role is located in Richmond, VA, with the possibility of some work from home. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, parent education, psychology, and behavior management.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Parent Education and Psychology skills
- Behavior Management skills
- Experience in working with children and families
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
