BCBA Role at Discovery-ABA:
We seek passionate and NET-focused BCBAs to join our team and make a difference. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
- Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/BCAT/Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
