Discovery ABA provides high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 21. Whether in-home, at our center, or in schools, we focus on empowering children with autism and providing their families with the tools and support they need to thrive. Your Role:As a Client Care Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring families receive exceptional service and support from the moment they inquire about our programs. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families.
- Manage the intake process, gather essential information, and schedule initial sessions.
- Advocate for families, ensuring they understand our services and feel supported throughout their journey.
- Coordinate transitions in ABA programs, ensuring a smooth experience for families.
- Communicate with our clinical team to ensure every client's needs are met, while maintaining accurate and timely records.
This is a customer service-oriented role that requires a compassionate approach and excellent organizational skills. You'll be the bridge that connects our families to the therapy they need, all while making a positive impact on their lives.
What We're Looking For:- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency with computers, databases, and software applications
- Bonus: Experience in customer service, client intake coordination, or familiarity with ABA principles
