Job Summary
This role will be responsible for sourcing applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the initial onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Outreaching to candidates to schedule interviews and assess their qualifications for open positions.
- Overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and training are completed smoothly.
- Creating and posting job advertisements on social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
- Assisting with various HR tasks related to recruitment, including job descriptions, candidate assessments, and follow-ups.
- Overseeing statewide recruiting events, including job fairs and networking opportunities, to attract top talent and increase brand awareness in the community.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Facebook and LinkedIn preferred.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is a plus.
- Experience in the ABA field is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
