THE ROLE:
As our full- or part-time Hybrid Behavioral Analyst - BCBA, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Providing hands-on behavioral therapy and supervising sessions for consistency and quality.
- Keeping communication open between families and state directors and managing progress meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current BCBA certification
- Active LBA certification in Virginia or a willingness to obtain one
