ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
This is a full-time Intake position in the healthcare field in our Southern Pines, Charlotte or Winston Salem clinic with a typical schedule of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a stable routine with weekends off to recharge.
As an Intake Coordinator, you will start your day by reviewing new referrals and contacting families to welcome them to our autism program. You will work closely with families, guiding them through the intake process, and collaborate with our insurance team to ensure all necessary information is gathered and verified for service approvals. Your role will involve managing documentation meticulously to facilitate a smooth transition for new clients. Each day, you will be the reassuring voice that helps families feel supported and informed as they begin their journey with us.
